We’ve taken advantage of the laundry service, the express move-in and the micro-frig. What a concept! I absolutely love all of your services. The move-in day especially – We cruised by lines of cars into our own little designated lane, turned the corner and there, like a beacon in the night, were 4 guys with rolling carts waiting to empty our van and promptly climb the three flights of stairs. Within 30 minutes she was officially moved in. It was 107 degrees and, to this day, I brag about how it was the best $180.00 I had ever spent in MY LIFE! The micro-frig allows her to refrigerate and cook simple meals in her dorm when she doesn’t have time to make it down to the café…and the laundry service! – effortless. She drops it off on Monday and comes back on Wednesday and it’s all clean and folded. My philosophy is that our daughter’s job is to go to college and bring home good grades (4.0 first term, woopie!) and not to worry about the incidentals. We're spending tens of thousands of dollars for her education – so what’s another few hundred dollars? You’re fortunate to have the backing of the University because had I not received your brochures directly from them I might possibly not have even known about your services. Anyway, hats off and congratulations!

I remember when I went to college, the move in process was horrific. But this time, it couldn't have been a better experience. You pulled up to a station, you didn't even have to get out of your car and there were people that came to unload it. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful that was.
Banke also opted for the laundry service and biweekly bathroom cleaning for her 18-year-old son: It's a peace of mind for a parent. To go to a university, so far from home, the whole thing can be overwhelming. If we can take one thing off his plate, like laundry, it's worth it.
